SCI will work with the appointed architects and design team to determine the optimum concept and layout of the project. In addition, it may be necessary to advise on the marketing concept and strategy, supervise the production of leasing materials and commence the introduction of the project to potential key anchor tenants. During this interactive period we will agree a clear working brief and time schedule with clients.
