Provided a feasibility review, development advisory and concept development for previous site owner Tishman Speyer. Subsequently sold majority stake to ECE, which developed and opened the centre in September 2006. Galeria Krakowska received the ICSC European Shopping Center Award 2008 for the best shopping centre in the category of new large developments and a Merit Award in the ICSC International Design and Development competition. |
